Our Space

As a team member at BALANCE Holistic Wellness Center, you manage your own business, carry your own insurance, and practice as an individual. BUT…you are also allowed the perks of working within a group of other healing professionals. You will have the opportunity to expand your referral network, create a sense of community, and not feel isolated. It’s a great fit for someone starting their own practice, recent college graduates, and those who don’t wish to take on the full expense of their own office.

For our part-time renters, we strive to make your use of our therapy rooms extremely flexible. Our part-time renters schedule their own sessions through a shared calendar. All part-time leases are month-to-month so there is no long-term commitment. AND you are given the freedom to manage your practice as you see fit without all the red tape and micromanaging found in various other professional settings.  

Therapy Rooms

Here at Balance, we offer fully furnished part-time therapy rooms, as well as unfurnished full-time offices, all in a relaxed and comfortable setting. Professionals renting space in our therapy rooms have the opportunity to purchase blocks of time each month. We also offer flexible lease options for our team members.

2 furnished offices available: (couch, 2 chairs, desk, office chair, side tables, lamps)

  • Blocks of time are non-refundable
  • Unused time is not transferrable to the following month
  • Renters may adjust hours from month to month based on need
  • Rent is due the 1st of every month
  • Additional time can be purchased as needed
Additional Fees
  • $12 for each hour exceeding allotted monthly hours
  • $50 late fee for rental payments received after the first of the month
